True joy nourishes; false pleasure numbs (scrolling, doom-watching, over-shopping)
Micro-joy practices: move to music, weekly small adventures, laugh on purpose, notice beauty, create without pressure
Play is medicine for adults, it releases tension, builds resilience, reminds you life is to be experienced
Joy resistance is real but misguided, your joy amplifies others' wellbeing, it doesn't take away from it
Schedule joy, curate joyful people, create joy anchors, audit energy drains, allow joy to evolve
