  • Micro-joy practices: move to music, weekly small adventures, laugh on purpose, notice beauty, create without pressure

  • Play is medicine for adults, it releases tension, builds resilience, reminds you life is to be experienced

  • Joy resistance is real but misguided, your joy amplifies others' wellbeing, it doesn't take away from it

  • Schedule joy, curate joyful people, create joy anchors, audit energy drains, allow joy to evolve
