🌿 Walk & Talk on World Mental Health Day 🌿

Come and join us for a gentle Walk & Talk on World Mental Health Day – a chance to connect, unwind, and enjoy some fresh air together as a community.

We’ll be meeting outside Rockwater at Branksome Beach at 10am on Tuesday 10th October (easy to remember: 10/10 at 10!). No need to book - just arrive.

This isn’t about goals or agendas .. it’s simply about people coming together. Whether you’d like to chat, listen, or just enjoy the company of others while walking by the sea, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Adults, kids, dogs – absolutely everyone is invited. We’ll stroll along the promenade for about half an hour, then head back, so the whole walk will take around an hour. You can go at your own pace, whether you want to walk a little faster, take it slow, or simply soak up the atmosphere.

Community is so important for our wellbeing, and this walk is all about creating a safe, friendly, and non-judgmental space where people can simply be. No pressure, no expectations – just kindness, connection, and support. Whatever the weather, we’ll be there (just remember to bring a brolly if it rains – it is Britain after all!).
