Tara Holley

Tara is the founder of ODODO (One Day Or Day One – you decide!), a dynamic conscious wellbeing company inspiring individuals to reclaim their power and live life by choice, not chance. With a zest for life as bold as a shot of tequila, Tara is the ultimate motivator, combining her vibrant personality with her passion for helping others design their next chapter.

Tara’s career journey reads like an adventure novel: she conquered the corporate world with a successful career in finance, built a thriving six-figure business during the last financial crisis, and travelled the globe collecting unforgettable experiences - and Piña Coladas from every country she visited! But like many, stepping into midlife and motherhood brought an unexpected challenge: somewhere along the way, she lost touch with her identity, confidence, and mojo.

Determined to reignite her spark, Tara trained as a certified life and success coach and as a conscious connected breathwork facilitator. She blends 20+ years of experience managing global multi-million-dollar projects with her love for empowering others. The result? ODODO - a community built to help others move beyond their comfort zones, align with their purpose, and embrace their full potential.

Tara has been featured in Grazia, Glamour, and My Weekly, where her expert insights inspire readers to live intentionally and boldly. As a coach, she’s a personal cheerleader (with a side of sass) for her clients, helping them ditch people-pleasing, clarify their vision, and confidently say "yes" to themselves.

At home in sunny Bournemouth on the South Coast of the UK, Tara enjoys life by the beach with her partner, two amazing children (adopted through a rollercoaster of a journey), and the family bunnies, Fudge and Tipsy. When she’s not navigating the delightful chaos of family life, you’ll find her meditating, enjoying a cup of cacao, or taking a dip in the sea at one of the blue flag beaches on the south coast.

Tara’s life philosophy? Life is short, so design it with intention, live it with passion, and don’t forget to enjoy the journey!

Join Tara and the ODODO movement to create a life that’s uniquely, wonderfully yours.
